shaping up
I have been switching off between running and cycling for about two weeks now. I have gotten over the initial soreness and try not to push myself by taking breaks throughout the 25 - 30 minute workout. Why does it not seem to be getting any easier? I seem to struggle just as much now as i did the first day or two?
